Founded in 1990, Alfa Banking Group offers a wide range of products and operates in all sectors of the financial market, including corporate and retail lending, deposits, payment and account services, foreign exchange operations, cash handling services, custody services, investment banking and other ancillary services to corporate and retail customers.
Alfa Bank JSC, the corporate treasury of the Alfa Group, is the largest private commercial bank in Russia and is among the highest rated Russian private banks by the leading international rating agencies.
Silver City Business Centre was a newly developed construction and Alfa Bank were considering leasing some 24,500 m2 (5 floors) in order to consolidate their operations which, at that time, were spread across a number of buildings in Moscow. We were appointed by Alfa Bank and Delin (the developers of the Business Centre) to work with a team from Alfa Bank to undertake the space planning and an interior design and engineering concept for them. Unfortunately, whilst accepting our proposals, the Client decided to postpone their decision for internal reasons.
We had already started works within the complex with the fit-out of 9,900 m2 for the Russian Coal Giant SUEK. Later we completed another floor in the building for SeverEnergia (a Gazprom / ENI Joint Venture) and also the building's restaurant facility for Prime Star / Eurolunch in the basement area.
